This assurance stands for those who meticulously adhere to our recommended installation guidelines, align with our floor maintenance protocols, and create environments that respect specific environmental conditions.

For the Original Pioneer: This warranty is a nod of gratitude and trust extended solely to the original purchaser of Dubois Wood Floors™ wood flooring. It gracefully covers residential havens and light commercial spaces, perfectly suited for business offices. Please take note, our warranty remains non-transferable to subsequent owners.

Prioritizing Quality, Always: Dubois Wood Floors™ ensures each plank meets the pinnacle of quality standards. However, the responsibility to inspect for quality, colour, and finish before installation rests on the shoulders of both owner and installer. Post-installation, this warranty does not encompass materials with visible defects. Nature’s fingerprints are acknowledged within standard industry practice; up to five percent of shipped flooring may exhibit milling, handling, finish, and/or grade discrepancies. Our warranty rallies around material that exceeds this percentage, allowing Dubois Wood Floors™ to replace or refund material surpassing this five percent threshold.

Honouring Nature’s Palette: Wood’s innate hues hold a degree of variance due to the distinct characteristics of hardwood. While variations from sample colours are natural and expected, claims on installed materials do not include colour variance between sample and final product. Materials returned due to variance from sample colour must be in new, unopened cartons, preserving their integrity for assessment.

Crafted with Nature’s Signature: The artisanal craftsmanship of our products embraces nature’s quirks. Our handcrafted approach might lead to slight differences in scraping and texturing, a direct result of the inherent qualities of the materials. This, however, is far from a manufacturing defect; it’s a testimony to our reverence for acknowledging nature’s work in our creations.
